Downer NZ CEO Cos Bruyn will leave the firm to take over as Fulton Hogan’s new Group CEO following Nick Miller’s resignation last May.
Mr. Bruyn’s appointment follows a thorough local and international executive search process undertaken since Mr. Miller announced his intentions to leave the role less than a year ago.
He has extensive experience in the contracting industry, including as CEO for Downer New Zealand as well as a senior role in Downer EDI’s Infrastructure Services business in Australia.
Prior to this, Mr Bruyn had a 15-year history with Fulton Hogan across a broad range of management roles.
Mr. Bruyn will commence his new role in the second half of 2017.
