National Infrastructure Awards winners announced

Recipients of the 2019 National Infrastructure Awards have been announced by Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.

The awards ceremony is held annually, recognising excellence in public administration and business across major projects.

Project Of The Year was awarded to Treasury and Transport NSW for their work on the WestConnex Transaction.

KBR, TasWater and Trility won the Operator And Service Provider Excellence Award for their work on TasWater’s Regional Towns Water Supply Program, stage two and three.

The Advisory Excellence Award was presented to Ashhurst, CBRE, KPMG, Herbert Smith Freehills, Macquarie Capital, MinsterEllison, PwC and Arup for their work on Sydney Metro‘s Martin Place Integrated Station Development.

Goldman Sachs, the NSW Treasury, Aquasia, Macquarie Capital, Morgan Stanley and UBS won the Financial Excellence Award for the WestConnex Transaction.

The Government Partnership Award was presented to Aurecon, CPB Contractors, Lendlease, Metro Trains Melbourne and WSP for the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project.

Contractor Excellence went to John Holland and MPC Kinetic for their Wentworth to Broken Hill Pipeline.

John Holland’s Simon Lehman was awarded Future Infrastructure Leader Of The Year Award, while Alexis Davison was awarded Women’s Achievement In Infrastructure.
