From the Westmead Development, Sacha Mott will speak on the $3 billion upgrade to the Westmead Health Precinct and share an in-depth overview of what NSW’s biggest public health project entails.

A panel discussion will delve into how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the infrastructure sector and how the future is looking for the state. Larry McGrath from Rainhill, Richard Barry from Urbis, Steven Mann from UDIA and Tooran Alizadeh from University of Sydney will come together to share their unique perspectives on how the industry can weather the storm.

Annette Pitman from Create NSW will present the Cultural Infrastructure Plan 2025+, a comprehensive roadmap towards a well-rounded arts and culture industry. Focusing on crucial infrastructure and investment into cultural projects, the plan aims to foster healthy investment into the sector. Mark Daniels from ArcBlue will discuss the increasing focus on social procurement within the construction industry and some best practices for an inclusive, fair approach to procurement.

Over two jam-packed days, these presentations and many more will be delivered to a room full of construction contractors, government representatives, consultants, engineers, developers and designers to name a few. Mingling with industry peers and key stakeholders, delegates can expect to build valuable business relationships and gain access to the very latest project updates.
