Queensland major projects pipeline report launch

The Queensland Major Projects Pipeline Report will launch 13 March at a gala event in Brisbane.

The report promotes the importance and enablement of clear, realistic pathways for infrastructure projects and provide insights into major Queensland works.

Queensland Major Projects Pipeline is a joint initiative of BIS Oxford Economics, Queensland Major Contractors Association and Infrastructure Association of Queensland.

The Infrastructure Association of Queensland hopes the report will guide industry in strategic planning, policy positioning and opportunity identification.

It will divide public and private sector projects into five asset classes mining and heavy industry, roads and bridges, rails and harbours, non-water utilities and water and sewerage and detail a five year forecast.

Regional launches in Toowoomba and Townsville are scheduled for April.
