The Federal Government has announced a $130 billion wage subsidy package that will see around six million workers receive a flat payment of $1500 per fortnight through their employer before tax.
Infrastructure Minister Jacinta Allan said workers will acquire the skills they need for employment on infrastructure projects such as the Metro Tunnel and West Gate Tunnel.
