Transurban appoints Michelle Jablko as Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Jablko will this year join Transurban as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer following a four year stint in the same role at ANZ.

In shareholder notice Transurban said Jablko will bring with her a breadth of senior leadership experience gained at a large and complex global organisation.

The company noted her capability in capital efficiency and allocation and extensive experience leading merger and acquisition transactions and global portfolio reshaping.

Jablko’s career began with a law firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking, tax and finance law. She has since worked in investment banking with UBS and Greenhill Australia.

Transurban Chief Executive Officer, Scott Charlton said we are delighted Michelle will be joining Transurban Group.

“I believe that with her leadership, capabilities and experience she will make a significant contribution to the transurban business,” he said.

Jablko will begin in her role this year and will be based in Melbourne.
